Based in Reykjav\u00edk<\/strong>, I have been a dedicated therapist since 2005. My journey into healing began with aromatherapy and massage, which naturally evolved into a deep practice of H\u00f6fu\u00f0beina- og spjaldhryggsj\u00f6fnun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

I have had the privilege of studying under esteemed masters, including Thomas Atlee, Benjamin Shield, and Etienne Peirsman<\/strong>. Driven by a desire to help clients reach their truest potential, I expanded my practice to include Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Matrix Reimprinting<\/strong>, studying under Karl Dawson<\/strong>. These modalities offer a profound way to dissolve stress and trauma within both the body and mind.<\/p>\n\n

The Body-Mind Connection<\/strong>
My work has taught me that the body and mind are intrinsically linked, engaged in a constant conversation. I approach every client\u2014from adults and children of all ages to newborns<\/strong>\u2014with an attitude of listening<\/strong>. I listen first to your words, then tune into the body, feeling for the subtle tensions, strains, or blockages that need release.<\/p>\n\n

Specialized Care for New Beginnings<\/strong>
To further support my work with babies and mothers , I also qualified as a Postpartum Doula<\/strong> with Julia Jones of Newborn Mothers<\/strong> in Australia. While I am passionate about using my skills to help mothers and babies thrive, I am equally committed to helping clients of all stages of life lighten their burdens and find balance.<\/p>\n\n
