As an alternative therapist, I specialize in Craniosacral Integration and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). My goal is to help you lighten your life’s burdens, allowing you to emerge as a free being, ready to explore your truest potential.
I bring this same healing touch to my work in my Postpartum Care Service. I believe the “fourth trimester” is a sacred window where both mother and baby deserve the space to thrive. By blending my therapeutic skills with practical household support, I help the mother-baby dyad navigate the transition from birth to balance.

I have chosen the Blue Butterfly as the icon for my practice because it perfectly mirrors the journey of motherhood and healing.
In many traditions, the blue butterfly symbolizes a person’s essence or soul—the core of who you are, past, present, and future. Its vibrant blue wings are a symbol of joy, a shift in luck, and a fresh start. Just as a butterfly emerges from its chrysalis, a mother emerges into her new life.
Sometimes, a blue butterfly is seen as a wish-granter. My wish for every family I work with is a transition filled with grace, nourishment, and the freedom to grow.
