Structural Therapy

Structural Therapy

When we experience fatigue, discouragement, or physical ailments such as sciatica, low back pain, kidney pain, back pain, neck pain, headache, migraine, dizziness, or fibromyalgia, we usually find an imbalance in the spine.

The body is connected to the brain through the spinal cord. For this reason, when there is a deviation of the vertebrae, such as scoliosis, kyphosis or lordosis, the nervous system stops working properly and discomfort can occur in any part of the body.

Structural Therapy I promotes the balance of body structure by helping the nervous system to work without interference.

On the other hand, emotional blockages such as  inherited family patterns, phobias, filial wounds, unfinished grief, trauma etc., whether we are aware of it or not, over the years, become a burden that ends up blocking us so much on a physical level.

Structural Therapy II works with the non-conscious, releasing emotional blockages, allowing the person to express their potential.
